We recently celebrated the hard work and academic success of each of our students at our graduation ceremony. Starting with a procession through the centre of Cambridge, staff and students walked in unison to our graduation venue where they received their scrolls and cheers of congratulations to mark their academic achievements and the end of their studies with us.
"A creative arts education is challenging and demanding. It is therefore impossible not to be impressed by the determination, innovation and creativity with which our Graduates have approached their time at the School. Their questioning attitude, inspirational ideas and driven energy, have set the positive atmosphere at the School and so their achievements should be celebrated.
Their talents and all that they have learned here will be embraced by the creative and cultural industries which are thriving and growing worldwide. Over the last eight years the growth of the creative and cultural industries has created employment opportunities and roles that could never have been imagined. All industry sectors in this new connected world understand the financial value of employing a creative graduate and this presents great opportunities for our graduates and I know our graduates will embrace this.
Wherever our students move to globally and whatever they do they will be part of our world-wide alumni community. Do keep in touch, let us know how things are going, and come back to visit us when you can."
