ADMISSIONS

Learn more about the courses we offer and find out how to make an application to join us.

For your application to be successful, you will need to satisfy the requirements of your chosen course. Requirements are detailed on the individual course pages on our website. You will need to provide academic documents and a portfolio or audition and may need to provide a personal statement and/or attend an interview. International students will additionally require satisfactory evidence of their English language ability.

International and EU students applying to study in the UK on a full-time course (longer than 6 months) will normally need to apply for a Student Route visa. Once you have completed the admissions process you will receive the documents needed for your visa application. You can find out more at www.csvpa.com/international-students-visa-guide. Please contact us if you have any questions.

APPLICATION

There are different ways to apply, depending on your status and the course level. Check your chosen course page to see which documents you’ll need to submit. These usually include academic reports and qualifications, portfolio or audition and a personal statement. If you have any questions or technical issues, please contact our admissions team by emailing admissions@csvpa.com.

UCAS, the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service, is an independent charity, and the UK’s shared admissions service for higher education. Some of our course require students to apply through UCAS.

OFFER

If your application is successful and we offer you a place, we will let you know the good news via email or UCAS (where applicable). There are two types of offers you could receive:

Conditional offer: You’ll need to fulfil some conditions before starting your studies, for example obtaining certain grades and/or meeting our English language requirements or return your completed registration forms. The conditions will be specified in your offer email or via UCAS.

Unconditional offer: You don’t have any conditions to fulfil prior to starting the course. Congratulations, you have secured a place! We’ll get in touch with you about next steps.

Please note: all offers must become unconditional before you can join us.

ACCEPTANCE AND ENROLMENT

Accepting an Offer: Please accept your offer by the deadline given via the Admissions Team. Please note that if you applied through UCAS, you should accept your offer through UCAS.

The offer pack will contain a copy of the CSVPA Terms and Conditions for your information. Please let us know if you have any questions about these before accepting your offer.

For international students, once you have accepted an unconditional offer and paid the required deposit we will generate the Final acceptance letter, i.e. Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) number for your visa application or Confirmation of Enrolment letter (COE). Applicants will be contacted with information about the arrangements for their enrolment and induction before the start of the course.
