"At CSVPA, our mission is to provide teaching excellence to young artists so they can become the artist they want to be. Despite recent challenges we as a school and as a global community have faced, we remain dedicated to continuing our mission, and we have now moved our courses online.
We will provide online learning through two applications, Canvas and Zoom. Canvas is our virtual learning environment where students can access teaching resources online whenever and wherever they wish. Students can access their assignments, join our college forums, receive deadline reminders, take quizzes, and collaborate with fellow students on group projects.
Our other online application is Zoom. Zoom is the online meeting tool we use at CSVPA to allow our students to partake in classes and lectures. Students can meet online face-to-face and engage in our lessons as if they were in the classroom.
We also understand the importance of nurturing young artists and recognise that not everyone has the opportunity or means to study during this time. As such, we are sharing a variety of our teaching material for young artists who want to learn, discover and create."
