Drama Foundation in Association with RADA
Our Drama Foundation programme is the only one in the world in association with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), Britain’s best-known theatre school.
It is a three-term intensive actor training programme designed for students intent on pursuing a career in the performing arts. It will develop your acting and audition skills as well as build your confidence before auditioning for drama school.
This programme is also an excellent route if you would like to explore actor training before making a commitment to a three-year degree.
It is a two strand programme that allows students to train as actors in either Classical & Contemporary Theatre or Musical Theatre. You will receive intensive one-on-one preparation for auditions, and you should expect to devote a considerable amount of personal time to studying scripts, researching theatre history, planning productions and learning lines.
Throughout the year you will benefit from master classes by visiting RADA tutors as well as completing the RADA Shakespeare Certificate.
There are no UK government grants or funding for this course. Students will need to be privately financed
