Actor and character – techniques in relation to characterisation.

Acting and movement – how an actor communicates with an audience through use of physical action.

Ensemble – continuing to develop awareness of the ensemble.

Acting – introducing a selection of naturalistic and non-naturalistic acting techniques.

The theatrical text – develop knowledge of texts that are relevant to current practices in theatre and performance.

Developmental play – physical practices to develop awareness and spontaneity.
