This year has been one of academic excellence for all of our students; 42% of our BA Graphics & Illustration students are graduating with 1st class degrees. Our BA Fashion students have received national press coverage for their final collections, and our Diploma and Foundation graduates have been accepted into some of the top Universities and Conservatoires, including progression to Parsons, Central Saint Martins, Kingston University, Trinity Laban Conservatoire, Berklee, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of Westminster and many more.

Last week we celebrated the hard work and success of each of our students with two award ceremonies for both our FE and HE graduates.

Starting the day with our FE award ceremony for our Extended Diploma and Foundation graduates, our students received their final grades and celebrated their success at the Guildhall in the heart of Cambridge, with prizes given to some of our highest achieving students for academic merit, attendance and positivity towards learning.

We then celebrated the achievements of our HE students with a graduation ceremony. Starting with a procession through the centre of Cambridge, staff and students walked in unison to our graduation venue where they received their scrolls and cheers of congratulations to mark their academic achievements and the end of their studies with us.

Karin Asham, Rector for our school has this to say about the day;

'CSVPA is always about nurturing and supporting individuals. Our courses are built around individual needs and fostering a creative supercharged environment allows our students to develop their talents in the way they want to. Many of our talented staff have amazing relationships with the industries that students will be practicing in. Their input creates student portfolios that are different from the norm. We are showcasing talent in a way that top universities are desperately looking for as these will be their students of the future.'
